Cancellation Policy

At Nik’s Bodywork®, we value your time and commitment to wellness. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, please adhere to the following policies: Booking Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled in accordance with the rescheduling policy. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in forfeiture of the session payment. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered a late cancellation and the session payment will be forfeited.
